When does Avenue open?
The pilot opens this winter in Yorkville, The Annex and Queen West. People on the founding list are invited first, starting with the neighbourhood closest to them.
What can I book in the pilot?
Hair for women and men, including cuts, colour, treatments, fades and beard work. Nails, brows, lashes and the pet world come after the pilot, in the order the city asks for them.
Is it free to join the list?
Yes, for everyone. Clients, providers and brands pay nothing to join the waitlist.
How does Try a Look work?
You add a photo and pick a look. Avenue shows a simulation of the cut or colour on you, so you and your stylist can agree before you book. Your real result depends on your hair, and your photo is never shared without your say.
What are sealed offers?
Instead of booking from a price list, you can send your look to a few stylists. Each one quotes privately within a short window. Nobody sees anyone else's price, and you choose the offer you like.
I am a stylist or salon owner. What does Avenue cost?
Joining the list costs nothing. Founding providers hear our terms first, and we set up your profile with you in person before the pilot opens.
I run a brand. How do I sell on Avenue?
The Avenue shop runs on Shopify, so if you are already there, getting in is quick. Join as a brand and we will reach out with founding terms.
What happens to my information?
We use it only to invite you and plan the launch. We never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Read the privacy notice.
